After our 2nd order of replacement windows from your company, I just had to let you know what a first class operation you guys have. I initially ordered windows from you for our porch, and we were delighted with the end result. Needless to say when it was time to replace additional windows I went right back to Castle. Again I was totally satisfied. Come Spring I plan on making the call one more time, and I know once again I will be pleased.

…..Last spring we decided to investigate replacing the windows in our 33 year old home. We responded to an advertisement we received in a local mailing and were leery of having a high-pressure sales type in our home. The demonstration and free estimate turned out to be very informative as well as entertaining evening.

The installation was delayed several times due to bad weather, but the wait was well worth it. They worked quickly and cleanly, and clearly knew what to do when they arrived. We were given comprehensive demonstration on the operation and care of the various widow styles we had purchased. The crew removed all debris, and aside from the homes incredibly improved appearance I wouldn’t have known anyone had worked here all day.

The next day’s temp. was in the 90’s with very high humidity and the inside was very comfortable even on the sunny side of the house which we were generally avoiding during really hot months. We should have called a lot sooner!
