…..In November of 1993 I purchased vinyl windows for my whole house from Castle. They have functioned perfectly. I will never again have windows that don’t tilt in for cleaning! The seals remain tight, and the windows themselves are low maintenance and still look brand new.

I recently called Castle to arrange for the purchase of a replacement window to repair a latch and a glass pane my son broke. I called on Jan. 2004, more than 10 years since my original purchase, and the gentleman at Castle was happy to help me and treated me like a million dollar customer! ….You should tell your sales people to put more time on explaining the excellent trim work around the outside of the windows! This covered up all of my previous painting mistakes! Also, the windows have reduced the noise level from 2 freeways, a railroad, and a busy street in front of my house by half or more! I never expected the windows to help me sleep better.
